Woman's Wales?: the dissonance and diversity of devolution through the lives of women in Wales
Rose Mary’s Anthology: Where Herstories Bloom is a curated collection of books celebrating women’s stories, experiences and achievements. Inspired by Rose Mary Crawshay’s legacy of libraries, learning and access to knowledge, the collection complements the physical Herstories installation designed to travel across Merthyr Libraries. The reading collection allows visitors to explore the themes of the installation further, discovering new perspectives and stories and creating a growing anthology where women’s voices can continue to bloom.
This collection brings together leading voices from female writers, artists, commentators and academics to reflect on how devolution has affected them and altered our political and social landscapes. Here, a series of creative and personal responses explore the true impact of devolution on the lives of women living and working in Wales.
